Ten years across creative direction, brand strategy and operations — most recently embedded in Crybu, a Milano-based studio building software, content systems and brand architecture for ambitious teams. I work as both Brand Director (the long, slow, stubborn work of identity) and Chief of Staff (the daily, urgent, uncomfortable work of execution).
Most of my recent practice sits at the seam where AI meets brand voice: where a chatbot can sound like the founder, where a launch can ship in a week, where a product update actually changes positioning. I write the doc, build the team, and stay until it ships.
From "we should use AI" to a working roadmap, an honest budget, and a chatbot that doesn't embarrass the brand. I sit between founders, designers and engineers and translate.
Identity, voice, visual systems, narrative architecture. The slow craft. The kind of brand work that survives a CEO change, a product pivot, and three rebrand attempts by an AI.
For the founders who don't have a number two yet. I run the doc, the calendar, the cross-team escalations. I make sure the brand work and the product work actually meet on Monday.
